We finish off our Oscars nominations series with Guillermo del Toro's Neo-noir psychological thriller - Nightmare Alley! Based on the 1946 William Lindsay Gresham novel of the same name, Nightmare Alley focuses on the career of Stanton "Stan" Carlisle (Bradley Cooper), who is as charismatic as he is ambitious. Stan leaves the local carnival for the big city with Mary Margaret "Molly" Cahill (Rooney Mara), and the pair quickly find themselves stepping out of their comfort zone. Filled with twists, and often twisted in it's own right...
