Welcome back family. Here is a little bit of a mono pod, about a wonderful indigenous healing practice that I am fortunate to be a part of.

This is probably more about how I have arrived in the space. Maybe later in the future I will be fortunate enough to have a conversation with one of my amazing friends and practitioners in the space Fingers crossed.
