Listen "Episode: 199 Vickie Norris and Chinelle Gwartney"
Episode Synopsis
My name is Vickie Norris and I'm founder of Reflections of the Paranormal. I live in South Central Kentucky. I am stay at home mom. Formally an OTR driver. I homeschool my children during the day and I Ghost Hunt at night. My interest in the Paranormal was sparked by experiences I had as a child, while living in a home that had activity. Then several different homes after that as I grew older. This in addition to my Associate of science degree, laid the foundation for me enter into the Paranormal. My paranormal career began by being invited to a paranormal investigation, and shortly after I was asked to join the team I was quickly promoted to team lead and researcher. As a part of that team we also became involved with a historic location which we oversaw the paranormal hunts for. As well, as investigated on our own at public investigations as well as residential's. And in November of 2021 I stepped away from that team I've then formed my own team known as Reflections of the Paranormal in February of 2022. As a solo investigator I do a lot of collaborations with other teams I also assist historic locations with public events, fundraiser's, Novice hunts to which I'm grateful to be a part of these historical places. I've been on several podcasts, YouTube panels. I Will be a guest speaker this year at a Paracon and another event, as well, as holding a Paranormal meet and greet this year with my dear friends and colleagues as a collaboration. I am open minded down to earth spiritual woman, who is strong in her faith which, I rely on during investigations and I love supporting our historical locations as well as the other teams in this field.
Chinelle is one of the founders of Elite Vixen Paranormal and acts as the director of the team. She has been researching the paranormal field for almost 20 years. Her favorite location to investigate to date has been Moore County Jail and Museum, in Lynchburg, TN. She brings a uniqueness to the team, since she has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently working on her Master’s degree, and therefore she is able to perform a psychological evaluation on clients. This, in conjunction with her skill set in the field of social work, allows her to help residential clients in a different way. She loves research, and it is her dream to one day obtain her Ph.D. in psychology. Chinelle uses a scientific approach to her investigative style, attempting to debunk or recreate any experience she has. Chinelle also identifies as an intuitive empath, and often she is able to feel the emotions of the spirits she is able to communicate with. Chinelle also is an ordained minister, a member of the International Parapsychological Association, and has been featured in multiple magazines, numerous podcasts and as a guest speaker on paranormal panels.
