In this episode, I speak to Erika, an exotics nurse at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, who also has a passion for reducing stress in the veterinary practice.
Erika's bio - "I gained my RVN qualification in 2014 and have worked across the board in GP, charity, and busy hospital practices. Since before my undergrad degree I have had a passion for animal behaviour. In 2018 I took the leap into more advanced behaviour work and enrolled in an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour through Edinburgh University. My ultimate goal is to work as a bridge between the worlds of behaviour and veterinary practice. While I take on clients struggling with their pet's behaviour problems, I also offer business consultancy for veterinary practices looking to improve their patients' experiences."
