Your homework for today is to:
1. Step outside and put your feet (try bare feet) on the ground and feel the earth beneath you as you breathe. If possible find a tree to breathe with, or a plant, or the grass. If you can't make it outside think of a tree as you practice.
2. Schedule 2-3 times today to pause, observe your breath, and choose long, deep, connected breaths.
