On today’s episode I will be sharing with you all about the birth of my daughter Jenesis. Giving birth to her in my home, with God as my midwife the entire way through was the breaking point for what catapulted me into my healing. During this time I discovered how strong I was. A lot of times we allow our fears, hurt, shame and trauma to keep us stuck in seasons longer than God intended for us to be in them. I hope this episode helps you to find courage and strength.
