Will you repent before the judgment? Do you turn from sin when God warns? Pastor/Professor Andrew Marquez looks at Daniel 4:19-27. Here, Daniel gives the interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar's dream. The king is the great tree who will be cut down. He will be humbled for 7 times (likely 7 years). While the decree is given, Daniel urges the king to repent and possibly put off the judgment. We can avoid the declared judgment for sin if we will repent and trust in God's mercy. Turn from rebellion and self, turn to Jesus and receive His mercy, forgiveness, and righteousness.
