In this episode we have a conversation with Neil Bansil - Canadian Talent Programmer & Booker for JUST FOR LAUGHS(JFL).He sought after this position at JFL for 15 years, but every time an opportunity arose, he was either not ready or not in the right place.  Alignment was off.Neil conditioned himself for this position for over a decade, scouting talent for his own shows as producer of "The most races show on earth". Neil "created his own luck".Before JFL, he worked as real estate because it allowed him flexibility in his job, so that he can focus on his comedy career. Just like a "Balanced Artist".Comedy was the WHY he took jobs.
