Interested in performing arts? Health and wellness? Then listen to the Athletes and the Arts podcast, hosted by Steven Karageanes, DO, FAOASM and Yasi Ansari, MS, RDN, CSSD. We are an initiative headed by the American College of Sports Medicine and Performing Arts Medicine Association. Our podcast draws upon medical experts from over 20 different organizations in performing arts and sports medicine to discuss numerous health and wellness issues that relate to performers and athletes alike.
