When I got to a place where I could hire employees I made sure that I only took on people who trusted me, my vision and believed in the company through and through. Part of my vision was having an employment structure that was all my own and didn't follow the traditional landscape that other companies offered. A big thing for me was to create an agency by my rules and not copy other ceo's guidelines or follow the "norm". I value my employees, treat them as family, build them to be the best that they can be and show them how to find purpose and passion.
