Hope, B.C., Fire Chief Tom DeSorcy speaks with Sean Freeman, acting deputy chief of prevention and inspection at Strathmore Fire Department in Alberta, who's been deployed several times to help relief teams co-ordinated by the Canadian Red Cross. Freeman has been called out to five disasters in the Caribbean and around the world.
