This episode's guest is my Dad, Frank Gagliardi. This is the first episode we did in the studio and is an episode that I knew I wanted to do from the beginning when I first came up with the idea of starting a podcast. My Dad has been instrumental in helping me throughout my career and he's always been someone I can go to for advice.Frank has a bachelors degree in Geology and a Masters in Engineering, and has had a 40 year career in the energy industry. I've grown up around the business my entire life and fondly remember going to my Dad's office in downtown Tulsa as a kid and looking at rocks through a microscope and coloring on his drafting table.We have broken this episode into two parts and will release part two next week. In part one we talk about my Dad's career in the industry and all the memories and stories.Hopefully this will be the first of many episodes we will do together.
