· Be wise enough to not follow some leaders.
· Do not let the failures of men and the flaws of the church get between you and Jesus.

5. Peter gives us three contrasts for a leader: not forced, but willing; not after shameful gain, but having energy; not dominating, but being an example. Which one of these is most important to you in a church leader.
