As of April 2020 there’s a total of 6,611 Abbotts six star world marathon major finishers, there’s 667 finishers from the UK, I earned it in 2018 and I’m joined by fellow UK six star finisher Amrit (2019). We’ve had the opportunity to run together and I’m inspired by what he has done and how he goes about things.

He’s gone from a 4:42 marathon down to a 2:51. We dive into how he did this, discussing the bumps in the road, the mindset developed. We cover his nutrition and race day fuelling that’s brought him success. Plus we talk about the influence his wife has had to make him a better runner.
