I speak with fellow six star marathon major finisher Ron Romano, and we discuss our thoughts following the announcement of the confirmed format of the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon. Including the virtual race, the elite race, plus our future predictions.

There has been an outpouring of support for the ultra-runner Tommy Rivers Puzey after a rare cancer diagnosis. His family has set up a GoFundMe page to help with medical bills during this time. We speak about Ron’s separate fundraising efforts for Tommy. To donate click this link. And we discuss other charitable causes he is supporting during lockdown.
Ron has a marathon PB of 2:40 and was one of seven runners, to run all six marathon majors in 2019 (avg 3:15 at age 58 ) he is on Instagram and has a podcast (Runchats with Ron) which I’d recommend you listen to.
