Lloyd started running when he was 8 years old and followed the UK club system pathway before exploring the running scene down under in Australia training and living with elite runners.
He returned to the U.K. and is also a full-time running coach and founder of Team Project Run (TPR) an international running community, coaching the beginner up the elite level athlete.
