That was an interesting notion especially used as a question to ask oneself: what is available to me? Though the actual answer is very nuanced, how we approach that can be split in half—a negative reaction or a positive one. In this vlog, I share my thought process navigating this question in light of personal and worldly events. Hint: it begins with awareness, for as Carl Jung said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." I discuss the steps I'm taking to be an active participant in life, even if things don't go as initially intended and why that is a scary concept for most. Hopefully, these ideas allow you to move through life with more grace and ease as you too traverse various challenges.
