In this episode, I’m sharing my conversation with Gwen. She is a wife, mom, mental health advocate and founder of the nonprofit, Sunday Crafternoon with Gwen, which supports other nonprofits in the local community. In our conversation, Gwen and I talk about parenting a senior in high school, readying her son for college and how she is preparing herself for this next phase of motherhood.
