Scott Drake is the Founder and Executive Director at Jump Coach, a social enterprise on a mission to make best-in-class leadership training available to everyone who needs it. Prior to Jump Coach, he was Vice President of Technology for medical education innovator ScholarRx, and his 25-year career in tech includes stops at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington, and at start-ups in Silicon Valley. Scott is a sought-after consultant and trainer who made every mistake when rising through the leadership ranks.
