Vicki Wusche **(**pronounced Whoosh-shay) started her property investment journey in 2004, building a substantial portfolio, applying creative finance, B2Ls, HMOs, distressed and development strategies. Author of five books including finalist in the Business Book Awards, named in The Telegraph's top UK's 25 most influential people in property and host of A Wealthy Life podcast as well as international speaker, Vicki is committed to helping her clients understand how money works and gain real financial security through property investment. As a former University Lecturer, Vicki is uniquely experienced to offer both property and financial education and a property sourcing business, founded in 2010. In recent years she has helped clients invest over £12.5 million pounds, bought over 120 properties and is responsible for a client portfolio in excess of £17m.
