Listen "Sami Aarons: Leveling Up Your Business: A Guide to Building Trust, Alignment, and a Thriving Enterprise /Ep 3500"
Episode Synopsis
With over 18 years of experience in change management and 16 years as a chief operating officer and change leader (50+ M&A and dozens of turnarounds), I am a seasoned executive who can help businesses navigate complex transitions and optimize their performance. I have a passion for empowering people and organizations to achieve their goals and fulfill their potential, and I have mentored more than 200 executives across various industries and sectors. As a fractional COO, I leverage my expertise in business consulting, human change management, corporate strategy, process improvement, and operational excellence to support and grow the leading global community for fractional leaders. I also collaborate with other leaders and companies who need fractional leadership to solve their challenges and scale their businesses. Whether it is reengineering a health care organization, preparing an IT services firm for sale, developing enterprise change management strategies, or guiding a family of animal wellness businesses, I bring a consultative and results-oriented approach to every project and partnership. I work with clients in one of three ways. I am available as head of operations to help solidify vision, tie that to the strategic and business plans, and reinforce the tactical operations, so that everything is moving in the correct direction. Additionally, I assist organizations with a project focus around something that is out of alignment. This may be as simple as working on tightening the procure-to- pay process, so it's no longer necessary to pay points on the float for payroll or as complicated as implementing an enterprise wide, change management strategy to embed change into operations and make the organization more nimble. Finally, I work with leaders and executives in organizations on upskilling to help them best helm their own operations and change management. In some cases, this includes working with a senior executive that is actively building an exit strategy and needs the organization to continue to thrive. I have a strong need to be of service. This means that I don't often do the same project twice for an organization. We do it right the first time. And we enable the organization to self support going forward. For organizations with an ongoing relationship, it is about constantly moving the dial further, and further, so that the people are empowered, enabled, and supported in ways that let them be innovative and creative, and simply amazing . https://www.linkedin.com/in/sam-aarons-dumpsterphoenix/
